Returns & Exchanges
Return window: 30 days from delivery on unused items in original condition/packaging.
Non-returnable: Final-sale, personalized items, and worn earrings (for hygiene).
Exchanges: Start a return and select “Exchange.” Your replacement ships when the original is scanned by the carrier.
