International: Rates shown at checkout. Duties/taxes (if any) are collected by your local carrier or customs.

Tracking: A tracking email is sent when your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

Return window: 30 days from delivery on unused items in original condition/packaging.

Non-returnable: Final-sale, personalized items, and worn earrings (for hygiene).

Exchanges: Start a return and select “Exchange.” Your replacement ships when the original is scanned by the carrier.

Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 3–10 business days after inspection.
